At the Como Foundation we are excited about our national partnership with Canadian Hard of Hearing Association (CHHA) National Office . The partnership will enable both organizations to advance our Missions and to increase our capacity to serve the needs of our communities.
As the partnership evolves our work at the Como Foundation will move to focus on expanding and growing our production and distribution of masks so that we can respond to the growing needs. The CHHA’s leadership will focus on expanding the engagement with all our stakeholders to increase education and promote the use of the clear lens masks to help reduce barriers to communication. The CHHA will also now become the “partnership’s primary contact for charities across Canada to identify where there are growing needs for the use of clear lens masks but the availability is limited.
